Terms of Service
The terms governing use of strengthscaling.com and our services. Last updated April 27, 2026.
Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of strengthscaling.com, any software or applications operated by Strength Scaling LLC ("Strength Scaling," "we," "us," "our"), and any services we provide. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage us.
Who We Are
Strength Scaling LLC is a marketing agency that runs paid advertising and booking automation for boutique gyms, studios, coaches, and trainers. Our principal place of business is North Carolina, United States. Our point of contact is team@strengthscaling.com.
Use of the Site
You may use strengthscaling.com to learn about our services, request a consultation, read case studies, and access onboarding pages we have shared with you. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable law
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the site without permission
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the site
- Submit knowingly false information through any form or onboarding flow
Services and Engagements
Specific services we provide to a client are governed by a separate written agreement (a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or comparable contract) executed between Strength Scaling and that client. Where these Terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or guarantee of services in the absence of a signed agreement.
Client Ownership
As a standing rule of how we work, our clients own their advertising accounts, lead data, automations, and any creative produced for their business under an engagement. Specific assignment terms are documented in each client's signed agreement.
Intellectual Property
The Strength Scaling name, logos, the strengthscaling.com site design, written content, case study analyses, frameworks, internal software, and underlying systems are owned by Strength Scaling LLC. You may share and link to public pages of strengthscaling.com. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content, software, or branding without prior written permission.
Third-Party Platforms
We integrate with third-party platforms including Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, payment processors, and others. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and Strength Scaling is not responsible for changes to platform policies, fees, or availability that affect a client's account.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and any informational content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the site will meet a particular need. Marketing performance results vary by market, offer, operator, and other factors. Past results do not guarantee future results. Specific performance commitments, if any, are made only in a signed client agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strength Scaling LLC, its founders, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to use of the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Liability under a signed client agreement is governed by the limitation provisions in that agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strength Scaling LLC and its founders, employees, contractors, and partners from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
Privacy
Use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Disputes arising under a signed client agreement are governed by the dispute resolution provisions of that agreement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes affecting active client engagements will be communicated directly.
