Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect information. Last updated April 27, 2026.
Who We Are
Strength Scaling LLC ("Strength Scaling," "we," "us," "our") is a marketing agency that runs paid advertising and booking automation for boutique gyms, studios, coaches, and trainers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It applies to strengthscaling.com and to all software, services, and integrations we operate, including our internal applications connected to the Meta Marketing API.
Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you provide directly. When you fill out a form, request a consultation, sign a contract, complete onboarding, or email us, we collect what you submit — typically name, business name, phone number, email, EIN, and details about your business and goals.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit strengthscaling.com, our hosting and analytics providers may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, pages visited, referrer, timestamps) to operate, secure, and improve the site.
- Information from connected platforms. When a client grants us access to their advertising or booking accounts (Meta Ads, Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, payment processors, etc.), we receive campaign performance, spend, and lead data on their behalf, scoped to the specific account they share.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the services a client has engaged us to perform
- Operate and improve strengthscaling.com and our internal tools
- Communicate with prospects and clients about proposals, onboarding, and service updates
- Comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the following limited cases:
- Service providers. We use vetted vendors to host the site, send email and SMS, run advertising platforms, store files, and process payments. These providers receive only the information they need to perform their function and are contractually required to protect it.
- Clients.Lead data generated by a client's advertising campaigns is delivered to that client and to systems they operate. We do not share one client's data with another client.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Strength Scaling, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. If Strength Scaling is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Meta Platform Data
Strength Scaling operates internal applications that connect to the Meta Marketing API to manage advertising campaigns on behalf of clients who have explicitly authorized us. Through this access we read campaign performance, spend, and lead data, and we create and modify ad assets within accounts our clients own. We do not use Meta platform data to train models, build third-party advertising profiles, or for any purpose outside of delivering services to the specific client whose account we have access to. Clients may revoke our access at any time through their Meta Business Settings.
Cookies and Tracking
Strengthscaling.com uses essential cookies and standard server logs to operate the site securely. We may use limited analytics to understand which pages are useful and how to improve them. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers on our own marketing site.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as we have an active relationship with you or your business, plus the period required to satisfy our legal, tax, and contractual obligations. Lead data captured for a client is retained for the duration of that client's engagement and for a reasonable period afterward, unless the client instructs us in writing to delete it sooner.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at team@strengthscaling.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). EU and UK residents have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR. We honor verified requests under all applicable privacy laws.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adult business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or 16 in the EU and UK). If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to limit access to information on a need-to-know basis and to keep systems patched and monitored.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email to active clients.
